Founder Support 36 is a setup routine for your leadership team. Together with you, we take a look at the status quo, develop recommendations for action and accompany you on the way to a high-performance, stable and human organization. So that you are ready for the next steps in the next phase of your growth.

Founder Support ist just right for you if you:

  • want to focus on developing the leadership team and the organization in the coming months

Our approach: 
Individual support and 6 topics in 36 weeks.

​We accompany you as a founder or you as a founding team personally with mentoring and coaching and offer a safe space in which you can talk about everything. At the same time, we help your leadership team to work together efficiently and guide the organization through the next phases of growth. We take on six topics in succession, each of which we spend six weeks on.

Program

​Kick-off for the program (topic 1)

  • Briefing with the founders

  • A two-hour workshop with the leadership team

Regular sessions in the Founder Support 36:

  • 3 hours of individual support per month for the founders

  • A 90-minute workshop with the leadership team every three weeks

What we need from you:

  • A clear commitment to us as mentors. Of course, you can also work with other coaches or mentors in parallel, but we depend on being in contact with everyone and having the mandate to implement our program.

  • Your time: your organization can only grow and thrive if you invest the time. We know from our own experience that managers always have too much to do and that there are always emergencies. That's why our joint appointments must be firmly cemented and cannot become a plaything of the calendar winds.
