How We

Work

Goal Orientation

Too often people think about tasks and projects instead of goals. Key questions get somehow lost in the turmoil: What exactly do we want to achieve? And how will we know if we have achieved it? Creating a clear orientation towards goals and keeping the alignment in the team is anything but trivial.

Communication

Uncoordinated communication slows everything down, important information is lost while irrelevant data create distraction. Who should be informed about what, when and how? What are the best formats and practices for keeping everyone in the loop? What kind of communication suits you?

Leadership & Management

Management basics go a long way: Who does what and when with which resources? Direction and motivation, personal development and guidance in learning are key elements for any successful team.

Collaboration

If interfaces don't work, many other things don't work either: Which meetings are useful and which are a waste of time? How often and in what form should they take place? What is discussed in which meetings and where are decisions actually made?

Founders face special challenges. You start from scratch and with each growth phase, the cards are reshuffled.

We support you with coaching and advice and offer you a sounding board - independent of investors and other stakeholders.

What Results Can Look Like

Cross-Team Collaboration

The cooperation between teams gets better because everyone works on common goals in a focused and coordinated way.

More Engagement

A high level of initiative and effectiveness leads to faster and better distributed decisions and more responsibility in the team.

More Impact

Focusing on the essentials means leaving out all those activities and projects that do not contribute much to the most important goals. As soon as that happens, you get more results with the same effort.
